How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We do our best to get all orders out ASAP. Typically, 48-72 BUSINESS hours is our processing, packaging, and shipping drop off time. Please be aware that large order volumes can sometimes extend this out PAST 72 hours. Most of our domestic orders within the USA arrive within 5-7 business days from shipment date. We ship by UPS and occasionally USPS for those addresses that cannot be serviced by the UPS. Please note that delivery times are ESTIMATES provided by the CARRIER. We do not guarantee ANY processing, handling, or shipping times. There will be NO refunds due to delayed processing, handling, shipping time, or for mis-scanned or delayed package as we are NOT responsible for these. We are not Amazon. If you do not agree with our policies, please use a different vendor.
Can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via Email once your order has been confirmed, processed, and shipped. We have many warehouses across the United States. Your order will be fulfilled from the closest one to you with your selected product in stock. Please note that Mail Carriers sometimes miss scans on tracking numbers and this can cause there to be long delay in the status updating. Please be patient with the tracking updates as we have no additional information than you do.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All orders are securely packaged and shipped via reputable carriers. However, once a shipment is released to the carrier, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.
The Customer agrees to:

Address any and all claims of loss, delay, seizure, damage, or theft with the shipping carrier directly,

That the Company is not liable for any shipping failure, regardless of insurance or shipping tier,

To be fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, import/export restrictions, and clearance costs.

Accept that we do not offer reshipments or replacements, even if a package is seized, lost, damaged, or misdelivered.
If insurance is purchased, the Customer agrees to file claims with the carrier directly, following the carrier’s claim procedures.
